Merchantile Faction

If i wanted to be more of a merchant and do a corporation thing, what faction would i be in?

trader. they do that sorta stuff. can also smuggle spice (smuggling is a side job not a class)

Though, is Trader a faction, or a side class?

its a class not a faction. smuggler is a side job that everyone can try (incredibly hard tho) and trader is one of the 4 beginning classes. a trader can be civ, imperial, rebel, or merc. each one has its own benefits

Which one would you recommend for a, appears to abide the law, but evil corporation, kinda like the trade federation. And how is muggling incredibly hard?

be a trader for the empire. you'll have good reputation but can be all kinds of curroupt and smuggler is incredibly hard because the empire will detain any non empire guys, rebels will ambush any non rebels, mercs will ambush anyone even other mercs, bandits will go for anyone who gets past all that, and no factions can have their soldiers escort smugglers due to the massive laws against it. actually expecting there to be firefights over who gets the smuggler. smugglers will have a slight chance tho. there will be valleys by jabba's palace (thats where you get the spice from) that you can try and go through. there will be cover and caves

Two things,

Are you sure ur not pushing me towards the empire simply because your head of it?

And two, is it possible to be jabba the huts skinnier and awesome cousin?

absolutely no hutts for playermodels. it will take reanimating every single weapon in the game to work for them.

anyways yes i want you to join the empire but its completely up to you. each faction has its own style of most everything and you pick what you think you will like the most. everybody that plays SWO will have a different experience
