first official guide of SWRP

hello everybody. this is the first official guide of SWRP. better and more detailed ones will be out in the future but thats not for awhile obviously.

anyways this guide just simply explains those pesky little basics of what to do and what not to do

civilian/traveler/trader

1. Dont get in the way of the empire. the lower ranking ones have strict rules to follow but the highest ranking officers will detain you if they believe you oppose them. the empire is very corrupt and may even think that simple insults as the first signs of rebelling. NOTE: most imperials are not like this and can be punished for starting stuff (especially you low ranking stormtroopers)

2. Plan out a trip before you take it. on multi world maps if you dont have a ship, public transport costs money and can be very slow. while your waiting for a ship to come pick you up, your a sitting duck for bandits and even if you make it onto your ship, theres still the occasional pirates that might attack

3. Protect yourself. buy a gun and some ammo before you leave the safety of a city, town, or base. bandits can be most anywhere and seem like anyone. this doesn't mean shoot everyone on sight. if you kill someone in cold blood, you can be detained by local imperials

4. Be smart. dont go into a base uninvited. you will either be detained and held prisoner/hostage or be killed on sight

5. Dont just join someone for protection. if you become a rebel, it will be hard for you to become imperial and vice versa.

Rebels

1. Stay under cover. if an imperial sees you in rebellion clothing, you will be detained or killed.

2. Dont keep your weapon out when its not needed. many people will see that as an act of aggression and could fire upon you. it also wouldn't look good for the rest of the rebels

3. Stick together team. if you stay in groups or squads, your less likely to be attacked however the larger the group, the more attention you will get. this could result in imperial reinforcements and a firefight where you will likely die. if there are survivors, they run a high risk of being detained

4. Listen to your commanding officer. they usually know what they're talking about and most of the time are giving you the orders to save you or other rebels.

5. Do NOT steal. we are rebels not bandits. we are the good guys and are here to save the galaxy. not make things harder for the population. if you are caught stealing, your commanding officer will deal with you harshly.

6. Jedi are our allies. they will help us in battle and through struggles. treat them with respect

Empire

1. Your the empire. do what your commanding officer says

2. If your a commanding officer, listen to what vader tells you

3. If your still reading this then you need far too much help in life to become a strong and powerful sith

4. Dont mess with the sith (aka dark jedi) they WILL kill you if you feel the need to. they pride themselves on their ability to kill

1. You dont deserve a guide. your the scum of the galaxy and a blight on everyone. if you want advice, go look for it under a rock

will need modifications though if any of these processes within the guide change when the gamemode is complete.

like i said, it is the first and most basic guide. when the gamemode is complete, i will start making more guides that will be better detailed and help people survive and thrive
